In a never-before-seen cinematic event, Ayodhya became the launchpad for the film The Secret of Devkaali. The movie, directed and acted by Niraj Chauhan, features a star-studded cast including Mahesh Manjrekar, Sanjay Mishra, Zarina Wahab, and others.
The promotional event was held at the sacred Badi Devkaali Temple, where the Akhand Jyoti (eternal flame) was lit to symbolize a call for a Hindu Rashtra. A 20-foot banner of the film was revealed by saints and spiritual leaders, making the launch both grand and spiritually significant.
Niraj Chauhan urged people to show their devotion by contributing one matchstick from each Hindu home to the Akhand Jyoti, highlighting the collective power of faith. He also emphasized the film’s message on environmental awareness and animal protection.
The team also visited the Ram Temple to offer prayers. The film’s locations include spiritual hubs like Mathura and Vrindavan, and the trailer hints at a gripping tale combining devotion, justice, and fate.
Produced under the Chauhan Productions banner, with support from other producers, the film features strong performances and advanced visual effects. The Secret of Devkaali promises a mystical, action-packed experience when it hits theatres on April 18.
